Best House Photo is a DBA of McCarthy Photographic Services LLC.  All work conducted by Best House Photo is, therefore, under the umbrella of McCarthy Photographic Services LLC. Discussions and verbal or informal quotes can occur over the phone or in preliminary e-mails, we are happy to provide a quick informal quote, normally in minutes.  This is followed later by a quote that has shoot specifications in a formal e-mail that delineates all the details, this is for your records and ours, and merely represents a compilation of communications relative to your shoot and any other needed detail. 

Prices are all-inclusive and  payment is generally due upon completion of the shoot.  Size and location of the premises being photographed as well as any special requirements impact prices. Prices for services vary, but residences start at about $250.00 and increase from there.  Commercial properties are quoted differently, as are all ad hoc work assignments.  All the needed particulars are included in the e-mailed quotation.  Regular clients  find our pricing stable on a wide-variety of shoots and so know what to expect, and therefore often call to book without a price inquiry; in all circumstances we always provide price and specification particulars for each shoot for every client in a confirming e-mail prior to the shoot. 

Your images are delivered via a password protected Dropbox link which is easy to use and may be shared with any of your business associates.  The link remains active for about 30 days.  Images are owned by our organization, you are licensed to use them under terms that vary according to client.   Generally the licensing allows the images to be used by agents and owners as needed.
